FusionCharts has a free clipped-wing version and is not too expensive ($999) for a decent license.
AnyChart looks beefy and potentially 4x more expensive than FusionCharts.
AmCharts looks solid but prices are in Euro. Shoot, for that matter,
Google Visualization API has a pretty decent set of charts.
